With the mobile food industry continuing to grow we are constantly on the look out to assist both the owner operators as well as the customers of these rolling bistros. From time to time we run polls to gain industry information that truck owners can use to help better their customer service and the options that they provide to the communities that they serve. Other times our polls are set to find out general information “we” want to know.
This week’s poll is directed at the owners of the food trucks around the country. Fuel prices are currently dropping from their highest point of the summer however, that does not change the fact that fuel costs can still cut deeply into a mobile food vendors overhead. Our question we want to have you answer is this, How much do you spend on fuel for your food truck per month? It doesn’t matter if you have a gas or diesel engine, or have a generator you fill up in addition to your truck. We are looking for your monthly (on average) fuel costs.
