We received votes from around the world, but for this poll we could only select the food trucks with the 10 most votes submitted. Richard is an architect by degree (Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan) who began his career in real estate development and architectural planning. In September of 2010 he created Mobile Cuisine Magazine to fill an information void he found when he began researching how to start a mobile hotdog cart in Chicago. Richard found that there was no central repository of mobile street food information anywhere on the internet, and with that, the idea for MCM was born.

  1. El Gastronomo Vagabundo were the first gourmet food truck in Ontario, Canada and since their inception, several more food on wheels is happening. However, not only were they first but they are the best when it comes to tacos. Chef Adam Hynam Smith doesn’t fool around, he knows what he’s doing and is making a name for himself on television, newspapers and several magazines. His tacos are by far the best and Number 1… You gotta taste them to know what I mean….
