WHAT: Dos Equis, the fastest growing premium Mexican beer in the U.S., is bringing its daring culinary Cinco de Mayo celebration to six U.S. cities – including foodie epicenter, Chicago.

In each participating city, local chefs will be crafting and serving free original tacos – one taco per person, while daily supplies last – with ingredients not usually found in your soft or crunchy-shelled taco. From pig ear and iguana to shark, alligator and hog stomach, each esophagus-chilling taco comes with “bravery points,” pitting the cities in a contest for bravest palette.

WHO: In Chicago, Dos Equis has partnered with Taquero Fusion and Chefs Salvador Alcazar and Evelyn Arroyo. Chicagoans will be munching on their taco creations of hog ear and tongue, bird gizzards and wild hare – along with a hopping “Mystery Taco.”

WHERE: Head to the lively scorpion-scratching and snake-hissing Feast of the Brave tab on the Dos Equis Facebook page April 25 for the local map and schedule of taco stops in Chicago, “bravery points” leader board, menus and Feast photos from the events. Follow the Feast on Twitter with Dos Equis’ handle @StayThirsty and hash tag #DosEquisFeast #Chicago.

WHEN: Beginning Wednesday, April 25 through Saturday, May 5, the bold can visit the Dos Equis-branded taco truck to participate in the 2012 Feast of the Brave.
