Operator, Paul Miller, said he’s excited to bring the new concept to Loudoun County and Northern Virginia. “After being in the franchise restaurant business for more than 10 years, I wanted an opportunity to be more creative and have more control over our menu and guest experience,” Miller said. “We’re really looking forward to bringing a new kind of dining to Loudoun County and the surrounding area. Rotisserie cooking is fun and delicious and our concept of making and serving from a mobile platform is very unique.”

Stephen Mackey, co-founder and wine composer at Notaviva Vineyards adds, “We are thrilled to see Roaming Rotisserie join Loudoun’s epicurean community. With the success of Loudoun’s wineries and farm-to-table restaurants, more people have discovered that our region boasts some of the finest culinary experiences in the nation. Roaming Rotisserie’s vision of bringing a high quality mobile offering to our region is perfectly in step with our current momentum.”

The menu will feature signature dry rubbed rotisserie chicken, porchetta, prime rib and a selection of specialty sides.

Miller said he plans to attend a number of local wineries, festivals, corporate and private events in order to help grow the new business venture.
