PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – The PGA National Resort & Spa has joined the mobile food craze with its newly launched gourmet food truck.

The “iTRUCK” offers epicurean food truck fare ideal for weddings, golf events and groups seeking innovative ways to entertain and impress guests and clients, the Palm Beach Gardens hotel said.

Menu items include BBQ pork sliders, crab fritters and mojo fish tacos. iTRUCK will periodically serve as the “92^nd Hole” for the resort’s five outstanding golf courses, cater local events and parties, and join major food truck expos and “invasions” throughout Broward andPalm Beach counties.

“iTRUCK is a fun and innovative way to heighten the celebrated PGA National experience both on property as well as out in the community at large,” said Joel Paige, vice president and managing director, in a statement. “Though we’re famous for golf, our cuisine is second to none and our new gourmet food truck highlights the culinary magic performed in our kitchens.”
