Recipe: The Remedy
In Vancouver, B.C. sample a delicious cold pressed juice with pineapple pressed with cucumber, wheatgrass, mint & ginger at The Juice Truck, a bright pink juicing laboratory on wheels.
Yield: 1-2 servings
- 1-1/2 cups pineapple
- 3/4 cucumber
- 1 handful wheatgrass
- 2 twigs mint
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger
Cut and cube pineapple into small enough pieces to fit through juicer. Cut cucumber to fit as well.
Start with pineapple by feeding it through the juicing tube. When half way through the pineapple, start feeding the mint, ginger, and wheatgrass rotating with the pineapple and half the cucumber.
When finished feeding the pineapple, juice the remaining cucumber to clean the machine out for the next juice.
