FoodTruckChat#FoodTruckChat is back and for a great reason. Food truck programming on television has really starting to take off, this weekend alone there are two programs making their premiers. Because of this we are dusting off our FoodTruckChat account to discuss these shows while they are running live.

While we cannot promise any special guests at this time, we hope to have a few of the truck owners drop in and say hello.

#FoodTruckChatOur weekly Twitter #FoodTruckChat session is back after a week off. Tonight, Sunday, September 22nd at 9 PM ET / 8 PM CT.

The basic premise of these chats is to bring the mobile food industry and it’s fans together for at least an hour a week. The reason for it’s timing, as you may already know, is that Food Network’s, The Great Food Truck Race airs at that time.

This week’s chat will continue along the same lines as our previous editions.

Mobile Cuisine’s editor-in-chief, Richard Myrick will host the discussion via the #FoodTruckChat Twitter account. He will pose a number of questions during the chat to help spark a little discussion while the program is airing LIVE.

To follow the discussion you can merely follow the account’s feed. We would love for you to join the discussion and this is just as easy. Toss a #FoodTruckChat hashtag into a Twitter post and reference the question number with your response. Your answer will then be retweeted so that anyone following the actual account will see the discussion as it happens.

If you have some topical questions you would like to see discussed, feel free to drop us a line at admin@mobile-cuisine.com or leave a comment below and we’ll try to get your question added tonight.

We look forward to this and future chats about the mobile food industry and The Great Food Truck Race.

#FoodTruckChat#FoodTruckChat is a new Hashtag Twitter Chat that we’ve created for food truckers to chat online together to discuss the issues of the week. We will create a standard schedule once we get things up and running. For now we will begin chats at the times food truck programming is on the television. Hosted by Mobile Cuisine, Editor in Chief, Richard Myrick. The hashtag #FoodTruckChat is active 24/7 on Twitter.

In our inaugural chat August 15th, we will go live at 9 PM ET / 8 PM CT to discuss the new Cooking Channel food truck program, hosted by Kevin Sbraga “Get Trucked” as it runs. We will then follow up on Sunday to discuss Food Network’s, The Great Food Truck Race as it’s Season 4 premiers.

In the future we plan to feature a different sponsor and theme each week. Our ten question format will be the perfect way for you to meet other Food Truckers, discover new recipes, and learn about the new hot spots in the mobile food industry.

The #FoodTruckChat community consists of Food Truck and Cart Owners, Food Truck Fans, Social Media Influencers, Chefs, Home Cooks and Bloggers. #FoodTruckChat is a great place for all mobile food industry fans and participants.
