If you claim that every project or task relating to your food truck is critical, it won’t be long before your staff members ignore your sense of urgency and do things at their own pace (which in most cases will be too slow for you). If everything is important or urgent, then nothing truly is.

Use relativity to convey when a food truck project is truly critical to your mobile food business. Be selective about when you apply pressure or claim that something has high impact on your goals. The less often you raise an alarm, the more likely your food truck team is to respond how you want them to.
