Mobile Ink: Jamie Lynch

Jamie Lynch is the chef/owner of The Fresh Mobile Bistro in New Brunswick, Canada. He is an east coaster that grew up in atlantic Canada. He grew up around lobster, which has become his favorite thing to cook/eat. He had this tattoo created last May when he was traveling in Costa Rica. The story behind the style is his love for the Japanese culture and how it has changed the way he cooks and looks at food. The mountains represent British Columbia where Jamie has spent most of the last 7 years and of course the lobster for his East coast roots.

Richard Myrick is an architect by degree (Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan) who began his career in real estate development and architectural planning. In September of 2010 he created Mobile Cuisine Magazine to fill an information void he found when he began researching how to start a mobile hotdog cart in Chicago. Richard found that there was no central repository of mobile street food information anywhere on the internet, and with that, the idea for MCM was born.
