Food trucks definitely are not a fad. In fact they are a hot trend across the country. They are becoming a rage in college campuses. For an owner it is a great business opportunity to start a low-cost eatery business and it goes without saying they are a great eating place for their reasonably low prices. They have been bringing new food choices to residents and workers in areas where brick-and-mortar restaurants have not yet opened or where lunch options are limited. As there will always be opposition to any new idea, food trucks face opposition from a few restaurant owners but there are many who support them.
