Hungry? Let’s go eat MY DADDY’S SAUSAGE! While it may have seemed really cute when the child first brought it up, you really should put it on paper before running out and  branding your food truck with it.

 

Richard is an architect by degree (Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan) who began his career in real estate development and architectural planning. In September of 2010 he created Mobile Cuisine Magazine to fill an information void he found when he began researching how to start a mobile hotdog cart in Chicago. Richard found that there was no central repository of mobile street food information anywhere on the internet, and with that, the idea for MCM was born.

  1. Great point Rick. We’ve seen some doozies. While this one is extra special, their is also a language barrier that probably created the name. The vendor was Laotian and their dad made homemade Laotian sausages. They were seriously Daddy’s Sausages.

    Another great one here in Portland was Wet Hot Beef. Yep.
