Great point Rick. We’ve seen some doozies. While this one is extra special, their is also a language barrier that probably created the name. The vendor was Laotian and their dad made homemade Laotian sausages. They were seriously Daddy’s Sausages.
Another great one here in Portland was Wet Hot Beef. Yep.
