I didn’t think much of them at first, but after dealing with uneven ground at so many events—whether it’s a gravel lot, grassy field, or random street corner... those jacks have saved me more times than I can count.

Not only do they keep everything stable, but they make sure your equipment works properly and your oil doesn’t pool to one side if you’re frying. It’s one of those small things you don’t think about until you’re in the middle of service, and suddenly, you’re glad you’ve got them.
