FARGO, ND – Craving a gourmet hot dog? How about a stuffed waffle, or maybe a bowl of the Hawaiian fish favorite called poke?
All that and more will be available for lunch two days a week with a new gathering of food trucks in the parking lot of a former tire and service shop.
Kilbourne Group announced Wednesday, Aug. 23, that it has launched the Fargo Food Truck Park at the site of the former Schumacher Goodyear building, 409 Broadway.
The park, a project in conjunction with local community building organization Folkways, will feature multiple participating food trucks open for lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Thursday and Friday. Several trucks are involved in the park, including The Dog Father, Texas Q BBQ, Jumbo’s Sloppy Joes, Cup-burrr’n, Poke Bowl Fargo, The Twisted Spork and Sliderz.
