Kevin Sbraga - top chefKevin Sbraga, the New Jersey native, “Top Chef” winner and Philadelphia restaurateur, is hoping to add food personality to his resume: The Willingboro native has shot a pilot for his own food show in which he plays a Robert Irvine-type troubleshooter for problem food trucks. The title is — drumroll, please — “Get Trucked.”

The pilot will air Aug. 15 at 9 p.m. on the “Cooking Channel.”

No word yet on whether the show will be picked up.

Though Sbraga has done his time on his father’s lunch truck, today his dishes are much more upscale than typical food truck fare. His eponymous restaurant, which opened on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts in 2011, features seasonal Modern American fare with global influences, such as his calamari with black yucc and salsa verde, roast pork with provolone bread pudding, and curry tapioca pudding.
