PITTSBURGH, PA – A Pittsburgh-area organization is suing USA Mobile Commissary Inc. and company official Gary Koppelman, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants, alleging that the failed to provide a customized step van to the plaintiff based on their agreement.

According to the complaint, Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank claims that it suffered monetary damages from paying an initial deposit of $57,00 and not getting the customized step van it paid for. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide the van as agreed or to return the deposit.
