You may have missed it, but the mobile food industry is growing faster than anyone would have guessed two years ago. It can be difficult to keep up with the new trucks and carts as they pop up throughout the country. Because of this, Mobile Cuisine assists our readers weekly by posting the names and information about these trucks, so if they happen to be in your area, you can begin to follow them, or at least keep any eye out for them on the roads and cart pods.
This week’s new entries are:
Fort Worth, TX
Fajita X-press was founded by Timothy Brake and Gino Rojas. Our goal is to provide gourmet coffees and cuisine in a fast and friendly dinning environment.
Bradley’s Ice Cream
The name of the brand new, beautiful ’57 Chevy Blue’ homemade ice cream truck you’ve all heard about is Bradley’s Curbside Creamery.
New York, NY
Sassy Gal on Wheels
Sassy Gal will put a spin on the everyday American favorites such as tacos, burgers and sandwiches with the bold flavors of the Caribbean.
Turk On Wheels
We’re a mobile kitchen serving authentic Turkish wraps (seasoned ground beef with cheese, homemade marinara, lettuce, tomato & onions wrapped in a tortilla).
