With the mobile food industry continuing to grow we are constantly on the look out to assist both the owner operators as well as the customers of these rolling bistros. In this poll we are interested to knowing how much food truck vendors pay their employees who work work in their food truck kitchens. The line cook is an important position within a mobile food business as they are your front line staff that feeds and protects your customers from food borne illnesses. With a poorly paid staff, a vendor can find their food comes off the line inconsistently and recipes not followed. This can lead to poor reviews from your customers as well as bad word of mouth being spread within the ranks of culinary professionals who may or may not apply for future open positions.
