GRAND JUNCTION, CO – They’ve held off opening up a second location for now, but bin 707 is expanding their restaurant in a new and creative way.

The recent purchase of a food truck will give this downtown restaurant some extra kitchen legroom and open up off-site catering and event opportunities.

The owner and executive chef, Josh Niernberg, says Bin 707 hasn’t stopped growing.

They now serve roughly 300 people a day and the food truck is a perfect next step.

“We need as much room as we can get so it’s really the easiest solution for us to expand our kitchen for the meantime,” says owner, Josh Niernberg.

Bin 707 is still in the licensing process for the food truck but they expect to have it up and running early in the New Year.

Once the weather warms up they might also have the food truck parked outside to help start customer tabs outside while they wait for their tables.
