COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Robbers forced a food truck employee to hand over cash at gunpoint late Friday night.

Police say one of the suspects aimed his gun at the victim and demanded cash while the other stood by and didn’t say or do anything. Both ran from the scene after getting what they wanted.

The armed suspect is described as a heavyset white male in his early to mid-20s, standing between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-9. The victim wasn’t sure if the second suspect was a man or a woman. That suspect was described as black, skinny, and wearing a black hoodie. His or her face was hidden behind a ski mask.

The robbery happened in a parking lot on the 3900 block of Palmer Park Boulevard just before 10:20 p.m.
