ORLANDO, FL – food trucks but hate trying to track them down? A local couple are planning a food truck park east of downtown.

Dustin and April Williams are planning a food truck park at 615 Irvington Ave. near the Milk District, emulating similar projects on the west coast.

Plans call for a parking area for five food trucks, a covered area with garage doors and a courtyard for tables.

“The food truck round-ups here are great, but really we want to give customers a place they can go and consistently find food trucks,” said Dustin Williams, a former high school teacher in Oregon. “What we are building is basically a pavilion with outdoor seating and a spot for a vendor that can do craft beer, cider and coffee.”
