LAS VEGAS, NV – It’s a while since IBM’s Watson was put to work inventing recipes, but now the fruits of its labors are being cooked up and served out of IBM’s new food truck. And the results are… interesting.

IBM-Food-Truck-Cognitive-Cooking

Having teamed up with the Institute of Culinary Education, IBM is taking a food truck on the road around the United States, reports Eater. On its travels, chefs will be cooking up recipes spat out by the supercomputer; currently in Las Vegas, it’ll soon be heading to Austin in time for SXSW. Seeing as you ask, the dishes cooked so far include:

  • Creole Shrimp-Lamb Dumpling
  • Baltic Apple Pie
  • Austrian Chocolate Burrito
  • Turkish Bruschetta
  • Caymanian Plantain Dessert
  • Swiss-Thai Asparagus Quiche
  • Portuguese Lobster Roll

All of which sound interesting, if not immediately irresistible. Which one would you most like to eat?
