ST. PAUL, MN – The TOT BOSS food truck specializes in tasty tater tots and tater tot concoctions such as: tot ‘n’ beef burrito, poutine tots, tots ‘n’ chicken tenders, and (of course) tater tot hot dish.
•            The first outing will be at Rice Park in St. Paul, 11 – 2 on Friday May 4th.
•            The next planned lunch outing will be at Securian Center (401 Robert St. N, downtown St. Paul) 11 – 1:30 on May 8th.
For the sake of those with wheat allergies or celiac disease, many of the TOT BOSS menu items are gluten free, including: bacon wrapped tots, chili tots, mini battered hot dog and tots basket, tater tot nachos, and several of the dipping sauces.
