A reader of Mobile Cuisine Magazine forwarded a photo from the Facebook account of Ryan Seacrest. As we first opened it up we saw a lineup of food trucks on the street as viewed from a car with the caption, “The smell of all these food trucks on my way into e! is so good!” One has to wonder if this picture may put the E! star in hot water with the authorities as it is illegal for a California driver to us a phone (or camera phone) while in the process of operating a vehicle.
