And the nominees are (in no particular order):

Grill ‘Em All

The Dee Snider is one of the more popular, a beef patty with peanut butter, bacon and sriracha.

Baby’s Badass Burgers

There are many to choose from – the spicy Mamacita with jalapenos, the black truffle-topped Cougar – but the She’s Smokin’ suits us fine with its bacon, smoked cheddar and bbq sauce.

Rounds Premium Burger Truck

The Classic is a California classic, a beef patty topped with onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce and Thousand Island dressing.

Kogi

The short rib sliders might not be exactly a “burger,” but it’s close enough for us – the meat is topped with sesame mayo, cheese, salsa roja and a cabbage-romaine slaw tossed in chili-soy vinaigrette, all served on toasted buns.

Flatiron Truck

The dry-aged beef burger with caramelized onions, cheddar and aioli is one of the better versions you’d find from four wheels.

So what are your thoughts? Did they nail it on their choices? Who would you have added or left of Zagat’s list? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below.
