Bobby Flay Throws Down with The Dessert Truck

Food Network aired the infamous “Chocolate Bread Pudding” episode of Throwdown with Bobby Flay with the Dessert Truck as the challenger. The Food Network had announced they were shooting a special called Food Roadies, but the owners of the Dessert Truck, Jerome Chang and Chris Chen, suspected that they were going to be on Throwdown. Flay shows up with a giant printout of the post from Midtown Lunch, and challenges them to a throwdown. Shooting in Union Square, the Dessert Truck made some chocolate bread pudding with bacon creme anglaise — Bobby Flay didn’t stand a chance. Or did he?

No he did not. Victory – The Dessert Truck!!!
