It’s our sweetest contest every year, why? Because who doesn’t have a sweet tooth from time to time? Food trucks that specialize in desserts have become a must for every city where food trucks exist. From cupcakes to ice cream, adding dessert trucks to a food truck community has proven to be a necessity and boon to the consumers in those areas. At Mobile Cuisine would like to know who our readers feel is the winner of our 2017 Dessert Food Truck Of The Year Contest.

Could it be the 2016 Dessert Food Truck of the Year winner Urban Sugar of Portland, ME, or will our readers select a new champion?

To find out starting today, we are asking for you to nominate your favorite dessert food trucks. You may submit as many times as you would like, but each submission must be submitted individually. We will accept entries for the first portion of the contest until Friday, November 17th.

At that point we will narrow the field down to your top 10 nominations. On Monday, November 20th, we will open up a poll for you to select from to determine the winner. The truck receiving the most qualified votes will lay claim to the title of 2017 Dessert Truck of the Year.

Eligibility For The 2017 Dessert Food Truck Of The Year Contest:

The trucks eligible for our 2017 Dessert Food Truck of the Year contest must specialize in desserts (i.e. cupcakes, ice cream, yogurt, whoopee pies, pudding, etc…). Submissions must be of a food truck, trailer or cart that has been operating since the beginning of September 2017 (anywhere in the world).

Feel free to submit one or more trucks or even feel free to vote for a single truck more than once, however each entry must be submitted individually.

You may submit your votes on the form at the bottom of this page or email us at: contest [at] mobile-cuisine [dot] com.

Please include the name of the truck, the name of the dessert and the city, state (or country if they operate outside of the United States) the truck(s) operate in. We will contact each vehicle owner that makes it to the polling stage to submit images of their trucks, so don’t worry about attaching images of vehicles in your submission.
