The results for our rookie food truck contest for 2019 are in. So we want to send out congratulations to Knox Vittles or Knoxville, TN for winning the title of 2019 Rookie Food Truck Of The Year!!! After counting near 1,000 total votes submitted in the poll Knox Vittles pulled out the win.

Chasity “Cha-Cha” Shelby is the owner of the Knox Vittles Food Truck. Since day one, she was very excited about her new adventure into the mobile food industry. Her culinary schooling may not have been professional but provided by her Mamaw and Papaw, the absolute authoritarians of “Southern Comfort Vittles.”
