Sending a text message or SMS is one of the easiest means to contact a person and it’s been in existence for almost three decades. Aside from personal use, companies or recruiters have been using this tool to look for potential candidates. With that in mind, 66% of job-seekers find it acceptable to receive recruitment messages via text. This allows for a much higher chance of conversion for recruiters because prospects almost always have their phones turned on.

If you’re struggling to get a response to outreach messages for new prospects, here are sample recruiting messages proven to increase responses. I’ve written down more than a hundred professional recruitment messages and templates you can use.
