There are different kinds of pickles you can make and then have them bottled up to sell. Here are a few:

Dill Pickles

These are the most popular types of pickles. These are cucumbers that are brined and flavored with dill. You can make them whole, chopped, or sliced into chips.

Sweet Pickles

From the name itself, these types of pickles are sweet and are usually paired with burgers. These pickles are usually flavored with cinnamon and sugar to bring out that sweet taste.

Vegetable Pickles

Pickles don’t necessarily have to be cucumbers. You can use papaya, carrots, onions, garlic, mangoes, and many more. The process remains the same although some countries add in more spices like chili powder to give it a kick to add more flavor.

Jumbo Size or Baby Pickles

When in doubt on how to differentiate your brand, consider selling unique sizes. I used to buy jumbo sized cucumbers for $1 at the local county fair each summer. On the flip side, you could go tiny by selling baby pickles to add to charcuterie boards or a healthy snack for kids.
