You may say “void were forbidden by law” and indicate that your employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and marketing agencies, employees’ direct family members, etc. are ineligible.

• State clear guidelines. The giveaway caption should contain information about how to enter the contest, how the prize will be fulfilled, and when the winner will be announced. 
• Keep in mind private policy. People and governments are becoming more concerned about privacy and how firms use consumer data. You should link to or create a campaign-specific privacy policy. Check that your promotion’s privacy policy conforms with local legislation.
