FAQs about the Filiberto’s Menu
There is one dish that has mysteriously disappeared from the menu that many customers continue to ask for: the Menudo. This traditional Mexican soup was made with a flavorful broth and seasoned with lime, onions, and oregano. Its absence from the menu has left some customers disappointed and wondering why it was taken off.
Perhaps the decision to remove the Menudo was made due to a lack of demand. Some people love menudo, others not so much. For people who didn’t grow up eating menudo or similar dishes, trying it might be outside of their comfort zone. Additionally, knowing that it’s made from stomach lining might psychologically deter some individuals due to personal reasons.
Whatever the reason for its removal, it’s clear some customers would love to see the Menudo make a comeback.
Daily Specials at Filiberto’s
Your pocketbook might throw a fiesta, because these daily specials are all yours for an astonishing $2.25! I can’t think of a more budget-friendly menu of weekly specials available anywhere else.
Daily Specials For Only $2.25!
Marvelous Monday: Kick off your week with “Rolled Cheese Tacos” that are basically a cheesy hug in a crunchy shell. They’re rolled, they’re cheesy, and they’re so good, you’ll wonder if you’re eating tacos or rolling in culinary heaven!
Taco Tuesday: Ah, the legendary day when tacos reign supreme. Filiberto’s pays homage with a taco so perfect, it might just perform a mariachi serenade right there on your taste buds.
Wonderful Wednesday: Hump day meets its match with the “Bean Burrito,” a comforting bundle of joy that’s like a foodie’s version of a warm blanket on a cold day. It’s the burrito whispering, “Everything’s going to be alright.”
Thrifty Thursday: “Bean Tostada” takes the stage, crispy and delightful, making you question reality. Is it a flat taco? A Mexican pizza sans pepperoni? No, it’s a superhero in disguise, here to save your day and your appetite!
Fiesta Friday: The “Jr Quesadilla” dances into the spotlight, oozing cheese and charm, like it’s the weekend and this quesadilla just got paid! Small in size, maybe “Jr” in name, but trust me, it’s the senior valedictorian at Flavor University in Arizona.
Carne Asada Burrito
The Carne Asada Burrito is made of succulent marinated grilled steak and a vibrant medley of onions, cilantro, rice, beans, and salsa. And what holds this satisfying dish together? None other than a soft, warm flour tortilla, wrapping it all up like a cozy blanket. This burrito is all yours for $10.65.
Carne Asada Fries
This is one of my all-time favorite items at Filiberto’s. This order comes with crispy golden fries, topped with a mound of juicy steak and then smothered in melted cheese. Then add some salsa and a dollop of creamy guacamole and you’ve got a meal or shareable snack.

Arizona Burrito
The Arizona Burrito at Filiberto’s is a popular menu item that has received positive reviews from customers. This burrito is made with a combination of carne asada, potatoes, cheese, and pico de gallo all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. The addition of potatoes is what sets this burrito apart, giving it a satisfying crunch and a unique twist on the traditional burrito.
Machaca Burrito
Made with tender shredded beef, fluffy scrambled eggs, and sautéed green bell peppers and onions, this burrito is a true delight for your taste buds. I highly recommend eating this burrito with hot sauce and guacamole.
Rolled Tacos w/ Guacamole
What makes these Rolled Tacos so special is the way they’re prepared. The beef is seasoned to perfection with a blend of spices, then rolled tightly in a corn tortilla before being fried until golden brown. The result is a crispy, crunchy exterior that gives way to a tender and juicy filling bursting with flavor. This is my wife’s go-to order for lunch.
As of now, Filiberto’s doesn’t have a secret menu.

They have created a dining experience that is welcoming for all ages, making it the perfect place for families to come together and enjoy a no-frills meal.
But it’s not just the food that keeps customers coming back. The restaurant has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes it a favorite spot for locals and a generous salsa bar that includes 3 – 6 options and “Mexican Pickled Carrots” or “Zanahorias en Escabeche” in Spanish. These spicy pickled carrots are served alongside onions and radishes. Having dined here a few time, I can tell you that sometimes the carrots range from hot to mild depending on who makes it.
Over time, many families have made Filiberto’s a part of their traditions, coming back time and time again to enjoy a meal together. I trust you’ll have a positive experience as well.
