What menu items have been discontinued at Filiberto’s?

There is one dish that has mysteriously disappeared from the menu that many customers continue to ask for: the Menudo. This traditional Mexican soup was made with a flavorful broth and seasoned with lime, onions, and oregano. Its absence from the menu has left some customers disappointed and wondering why it was taken off.

Perhaps the decision to remove the Menudo was made due to a lack of demand. Some people love menudo, others not so much. For people who didn’t grow up eating menudo or similar dishes, trying it might be outside of their comfort zone. Additionally, knowing that it’s made from stomach lining might psychologically deter some individuals due to personal reasons.

Whatever the reason for its removal, it’s clear some customers would love to see the Menudo make a comeback.

This is one of my all-time favorite items at Filiberto’s. This order comes with crispy golden fries, topped with a mound of juicy steak and then smothered in melted cheese. Then add some salsa and a dollop of creamy guacamole and you’ve got a meal or shareable snack.

The beef is seasoned to perfection with a blend of spices, then rolled tightly in a corn tortilla before being fried until golden brown. The result is a crispy, crunchy exterior that gives way to a tender and juicy filling bursting with flavor. This is my wife’s go-to order for lunch.
