Fleming’s Steakhouse, like most restaurants, will remove certain items from their menu. Here’s one item you won’t find on the menu any longer.
Peppercorn Steak
This entree begins with prime beef that’s been cured for at least 21 days and is seasoned with crushed peppercorn. The steak was expertly seared to achieve the ideal crust on the exterior while keeping the interior moist and soft based on request.
The sauce is what made this meal standout, however. Fleming’s takes the traditional creamy peppercorn sauce and elevated it with their own special sauce dubbed F17 that was made with a hint of citrus and a smokey flavor. Sadly, you can’t order this any longer.

One of my favorite side dishes at Fleming’s is the Roasted Asparagus. This menu items features fresh asparagus that’s roasted to perfection with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Whether you’re health-conscious or simply want a delicious and straightforward side dish this is a safe order.
Crab Cakes
Made with jumbo lump crab meat these crab cakes is a fantastic way to start a meal. The exterior of each crab cake is crispy and comes with a side of tartar sauce, adding a tangy and zesty flavor.
Wedge Salad
Looking for a refreshing and delicious salad to start off your meal at Fleming’s? Look no further than the Wedge Salad made with iceberg lettuce, applewood bacon and zesty blue cheese crumbles. The addition of cherry tomatoes and red onion adds a burst of freshness and texture to the dish. To finish things off, the salad is served with a side of creamy blue cheese dressing that’s made in house.
The North Atlantic Lobster Tail
If you’re thinking surf this evening, the North Atlantic Lobster Tail is another standout dish. This order comes with a classic pairing of butter and lemon.
