Improvement Feedback: One way Noodles & Company could improve their scores is by offering larger portion size. I always seem to be a little bit hungry when I leave here. A “large” sized meal with a larger portion size would be appealing to me, even if I needed to pay a couple dollars more.
Another area for improvement is the cost to customize a meal. For example, a Regular Pad Thai costs $7.75, but if you add Grilled Chicken, that’s an additional $4.00, bringing the total to $11.75. This is a 51.6% increase, making the meal much more expensive than anticipated for a little bit of protein.
