What menu items have been discontinued at O’Charley’s?

I could only find one menu item ever discontinued at O’Charley’s. This was the Prime Rib Pasta, a dish made with tender slices of prime rib, applewood-smoked bacon, fresh asparagus, chopped mushrooms, penne pasta, and sun-dried tomatoes. The pasta was dressed in Cajun Horseradish sauce for a little extra kick. They brought back the pasta by popular demand for a limited time in 2021. I am patiently waiting along with other fans in hopes they will bring it back again so I can try it.

When you sign up for the loyalty rewards program called O’Club, first-time registrants will be able to enjoy a free appetizer on top of getting exclusive news and deals. O’Charley’s specializes in Southern comfort food. So it’s no surprise that their most popular menu items are homegrown classic Southern recipes. I’ll be sharing five of my favorites with you below.

1. Southern Surf n Turf

Order this to get served a platter of fried, cornmeal-breaded, Mississipi-grown catfish along with O’Charley’s chicken tenders recipe. That’s not all! It comes with buttermilk shrimp, a side of fries and creamy coleslaw.

2. Honey-Drizzled Southern Fried Chicken

O’Charley’s signature fried chicken makes its way to yet another popular item. This time, it’s covered in honey and complimented with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli on the side.

3. Fresh Atlantic Grilled Salmon

Eat healthy without compromising your taste buds if you order their Fresh Atlantic Grilled Salmon. Here, you’ll get two sides of your choice along with wood fire-grilled salmon smothered with black pepper and lemons. Simple as it may sound, loyal customers swear by dish.

4. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich

If you enjoy spicy fried chicken, you’ll love it even more in a sandwich. This Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich comes served with dill pickles, coleslaw, and french fries. 

5. New Orleans’s Cajun Chicken Pasta

At O’Charley’s, one of their best menu items comes in the form of sautéed linguine noodles covered in cream pepper sauce, red and green bell pepper slices, and grilled Cajun chicken tenders.

Is there a secret menu at O’Charley’s?

O’Charley’s does not have a secret menu. Although, they release a yearly seasonal menu for every four seasons. This year’s summer menu has just recently been launched and it is called “Tastes O’ Summer’”. In this seasonal menu, customers can enjoy new seasonal items like their Chicken Tender Nachos, Whiskey BBQ Chicken Tenders, Bayou Nachos, and their Black, Bleu & Bacon Salad.
