This is a concoction of grilled chicken slices sauteed and drenched in mild curry sauce consisting of potatoes, carrots, and onions.

2. Coconut Haupia

The Coconut Haupia heavily tickled your tastebuds with its completely authentic Hawaiian dessert recipe of coconut pudding drizzled with coconut milk and coconut shreds. Guests would go coco over just how much coconut flavor there could be in a single spoonful.

Aside from these discontinued menu items, there are also limited-time items that only make an appearance once in a blue moon. One example is the Melemele Curry Chicken. This dish consists of chicken cutlets and onions sautéed in yellow curry sauce. It has a slight tang with just the right amount of spice to wake all your taste buds but not enough to have you reaching for a glass of water after every mouthful.
