In that regard, it would be those original pizza recipes that we’d consider as the restaurant’s discontinued items. However, not much information can be found about their original pizza menu.

What we do know is that they have discontinued, with guarantee, a total of 81 artificial ingredients, colors, and preservatives during a time when they were reinventing their menu to cater to modern, clean food trends. The restaurant also eliminated ingredients like Calcium Propionate, Nitrates, Sodium Benzoate, and high-fructose corn syrup to name a few, and have replaced them with natural alternatives. You can see Fazoli’s has adapted to the needs and desires of the healthier modern diner.

Other than this bold move, Fazoli’s released a now discontinued secret menu item back in 2015 called the Pizza Baked Spaghetti, which is basically their normal baked spaghetti topped with slices of pepperoni before going in the oven. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to order this any longer.
