The Tropical Shrimp Ceviche was part of a special seasonal menu. It was made with freshly grilled shrimp, Mimi’s unique and homemade pineapple salsa, diced tomatoes, freshly chopped cilantro, and a zesty squeeze of lime juice. All of this was served with warm, freshly made tortilla chips that were made in-house. The blend of flavors from the shrimp, salsa, tomatoes, and cilantro mixed with the tartness of the lime juice created a unique dish with the flavor of the tropics. 

Grilled Chicken Pesto Baguette

Mimi’s Café once brought French-inspired entrees to their menu and the Grilled Chicken Pesto Baguette was one of them. This sandwich included ingredients of tender grilled chicken, creamy mozzarella cheese, crisp mixed greens, juicy tomatoes, and pesto mayonnaise, all drizzled with a tangy balsamic dressing and served on a toasted baguette.

Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich

The Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich was a combination of warm pulled pork, savory barbecue sauce, crunchy pickles, and a toasted bun. The menu item was served with a side of coleslaw and crispy French fries, adding to the already mouthwatering meal. 

Mimi’s Funnel Cake

Mimi’s Funnel Cake was a heavenly concoction of a golden brown, crispy funnel cake dusted with powdered sugar and topped with fresh strawberry slices, blueberries, and generous dollops of whipped cream. The dessert was like visiting a neighborhood carnival without all the freaky carnival staff.
