Fancy ingredients in fast food restaurants are commonly a hit or miss. Wendy’s Bacon and Blue Burger was definitely a hit. It included Wendy’s signature burger topped with blue cheese crumbles, applewood smoked bacon, greens, and a blue cheese aioli sauce, and finally put together in between brioche buns.

Funny enough, the reason why it was discontinued was that eating the burger just made too much mess. All the cheese toppings couldn’t be held tight enough that the whole burger easily falls apart.
